 - Responsible for providing end user and local technical support and assistance for all applications, system and IT Infrastructure - Respond to service requests for technical assistance with respect to all branches application and infrastructure. - Responsible for 1st level troubleshooting of all systems, applications and infrastructure issues with a view to diagnosing and solving. - Manages Escalations and Management issues accordingly to establish IT support processes and framework. - Retain ownership of issues – driving all necessary activities to achieve a timely and complete resolution. - Communicate Solutions to users and document issues according to established process - Assist with installations, setup, configuration, deployment, maintenance and upgrades of hardware, software infrastructure across the branches. These includes but not limited to: Desktops and Laptops, Operating System, Printing, scanning, and related activities, office applications like MS Office, Productivity tools like email & internet browsers, Local Networks(s) and Printers, System integrations, PABX and 3rd Party Applications like ID Card Printing. - Promoting client’s side application support for enterprise application such as Claims - Management and Hospital Information System. - Effective Enrollment of client’s information on Database. - Prompt generation of monthly Enrollee Panel Lists for all Privates Enrollee - Ensures the design and production of ID Cards -Maintains a backup System of all data - Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Managements
